Spend an Epic Day in La Jolla, California!

If you’re going to be visiting San Diego, California, chances are that one point or another you’re going to end up in La Jolla. It’s known all over for being a beautiful place with awesome things to see and do, so it’s no wonder tourists and locals alike flock to the little beach community of La Jolla whenever the sun is out (and…this is San Diego, so the sun is usually out). If you’re planning on visiting the area and would like to check this awesome town out, you might be wondering just what to do when you get there. I have a few suggestions…

Prepping Your Technology For Travel

When you’re preparing for a trip, you might be thinking about getting all your travel documents in order and packing your suitcase, but you should also think about digitally preparing for your journey, as well. I’ve often found myself leaving this step until the last minute and regretting the decision. Let’s explore some of the things you might want to prepare with your technology before you head out on a trip:

Things you should probably know about Kauai.

The first time I ever went to Hawaii, I chose Kauai. Having done my research, I knew I would be absolutely enchanted with the beautiful garden island, and it didn’t disappoint. If you’re thinking about going to Hawaii and you haven’t decided which island you want to visit first, you should know that each one is unique and offers something different. Depending on your personality and what you want to get out of your trip, you’ll want to choose different islands. Personally, Kauai fits me like a glove.

Airports You Can Actually Enjoy.

If you’re like me and you hate dealing with the airport, you’ll be happy to know that some airports around the world have added some amenities that make your time there more pleasant. When I was recently at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport, I stayed in a nice hotel that was inside of the International Airport terminal. They had rooms outside of security, where I stayed, but they also had rooms inside of the secure area, so that even travelers only in Tokyo for a long layover could find a place to lay their heads for the night. I’ll go into that more in a bit, but I was inspired by my experience to do a little research on airports around the world that offer up some great amenities to travelers. If you’re planning a trip that involves any of these airports, make sure to check out these awesome bonuses and your travels will be just a little more relaxing.

Take a Spontaneous Trip with Last Minute Travel Deals!

Sometimes it’s nice to just be spontaneous with your travel. If you’re looking for a last minute deal on a little getaway, there are a dizzying array of sites and services out there looking for help you out with that. The thing is, many different travel-related companies such as airlines and hotels are looking to fill their open spots at the last minute and they are usually willing to give you a deal in order to fill up those spots. From their perspective, giving you a discount will still make them more of a profit then leaving those seats or rooms empty, so it’s a win-win scenario.

Anyway, if you’re interested in a last minute, spontaneous trip, here are some resources for you to find a deal:
